Terms and Conditions

By booking or using the services of Agarwal Logistic Group Packers and Movers Hyderabad, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern all aspects of our service, including residential shifting, office relocation, car and bike transportation, packing, loading, storage, and delivery.

1. Service Agreement

By availing our services, you acknowledge that:

All bookings must be confirmed via call, message, email, or our official website.
Accurate and complete information regarding the pickup and drop locations, inventory, floor levels, parking availability, and timelines must be provided.
Changes in service details (like schedule, address, quantity, etc.) may result in a revised estimate.

2. Quotation and Charges

All estimates are based on the information provided by you. Final charges may vary depending on actual inventory, distance, additional labor, tolls, or taxes.
Any delay caused by the customer or changes to the original plan may lead to additional charges.
Full payment must be made as per agreed terms, either before or on the day of shifting.

3. Packing and Handling

Our team will take utmost care while packing, loading, and unloading your items.
Fragile or high-value items should be declared in advance. Any item not disclosed or improperly packed by the customer will not be covered under damage or liability claims.
We recommend that valuables (jewelry, cash, important documents) be carried by the customer directly.

4. Insurance

We offer optional goods-in-transit insurance through third-party providers.
Insurance covers only damages caused by accidents, fire, or natural disasters during transport — not scratches, dents, or internal failures.
Claims must be filed within 48 hours with proper documentation and evidence.
Agarwal Logistic Group Packers and Movers Hyderabad will assist in claim processes but is not the insurer or decision-maker.

5. Storage Services

If storage is requested, charges will depend on the volume of goods and duration of stay.
Stored items must be properly labeled and documented.
We are not liable for items stored beyond the agreed time unless extended formally in writing.

6. Vehicle Transportation

Vehicles (cars/bikes) must be in working condition and contain minimal fuel.
Documents such as RC and insurance must be provided if requested.
Transit time for vehicle transportation may differ from household goods and is subject to route and logistics availability.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours before scheduled service are eligible for a partial refund (if advance is paid).
Cancellations on the same day may result in partial or no refund, depending on the resources already mobilized.
Rescheduling must be informed at least 12 hours in advance to avoid additional charges.

8. Limitations of Liability

Agarwal Logistic Group Packers and Movers Hyderabad shall not be liable for delays caused due to traffic, weather, strikes, or government restrictions.
We are not responsible for loss/damage caused by poor roads, accidental conditions beyond our control, or items not packed by our team.
No responsibility will be taken for electrical or electronic items not tested before packing.

9. Customer Obligations

Ensure availability of lift (or inform us in advance if only stairs are present).
Ensure proper access for loading/unloading trucks.
Be present during packing, loading, and delivery to confirm and supervise item handling.
Make sure all dues are cleared before delivery is completed.

10. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of service shall be handled amicably.
If unresolved, the matter shall fall under the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana only.

11. Modification of Terms

Agarwal Logistic Group Packers and Movers Hyderabad reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the customer’s responsibility to review these terms periodically.
